Registration is now open for Bengal Management Essentials, a 12-week professional development series designed to help current and aspiring supervisors build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to lead effectively at Idaho State University. Whether you are new to supervision or looking to strengthen your management foundation, this program provides practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately in the workplace.
Sessions will be held Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. beginning September 8 and concluding with a graduation luncheon on December 1 from 12 to 1:30 p.m. Classes will be held in person on the Pocatello campus, with a distance-learning option available for employees participating remotely. The meeting location will be shared with registered participants prior to the first session.
