Megan Peters, a senior at Jerome High School, has dedicated her free time to learning the art of dance while balancing a rigorous courseload. She dances with the Jerome High School Tigerettes and is on senior company with JJW, and previously the Twin Falls Ballet Co. Her coach says she is a hardworking, quiet leader who is continually making herself better, while always giving 100 percent. Last week, Megan placed third in her solo dance at the Tiger Rumble Competition. Megan is also a member of the JHS annual staff. She takes challenging courses, including dual credit English and government, and maintains a high grade point average. After high school, Megan is planning on serving a LDS mission and attending BYU-I. She would like to major in dance and get AAS in floral design.
