About Wellness Tree Community Clinic

The Wellness Tree Community Clinic believes all humans should be able to get the healthcare and medications they need so they can heal, survive and thrive. We provide free healthcare for qualifying adults so they can get the care they need without the stress of another bill. To qualify for our services people must be over 18 years of age, not have any type of insurance including medicare or medicaid and make less than 300% above the federal poverty level. For an individual that means if they make less than $3,100 a month. We have over 30 volunteers who donate their time in various ways to support our cause. Taking care of people in our community is not only our purpose, but our passion.

Dr. Cole Johnson has generously agreed to donate flu shots for Wellness Tree patients new and old if the flu shot is available for purchase in 2020. The first 150 people who qualify for our care can get the shot at no charge. Please verify that you qualify.
