TWIN FALLS — St. Luke’s Magic Valley will be accepting applications for health projects through Feb. 23 sponsored by the Community Health Improvement Fund.
Applicants must address one or more of these topics: access to care, adult and teen weight management, injury, diabetes or behavioral health. You must demonstrate collaboration and coordination with other community organizations — including St. Luke’s Magic Valley; include a mechanism with which to measure health improvements; and address the cultural needs of the population served.
Preference will be given to projects that support multiple communities in south-central Idaho. Successful applicants will be notified April 30.
