TWIN FALLS • Firefighters rescued two people from a fire that completely engulfed a Twin Falls home Saturday morning.

The Twin Falls Fire Department responded at 8:30 a.m. to a fire at 1024 Warm Springs Place, according to city spokesman Josh Palmer.

A man suffered severe injuries from smoke inhalation and was taken by air ambulance to a hospital in Utah for treatment, Palmer said. One other person was treated at the scene.

The cause of the fire is unknown, and Palmer said the investigation could take some time due to significant damage.

The blaze was mostly controlled by 10:30 a.m., Palmer said.
