TWIN FALLS — The College of Southern Idaho Community Education Center will offer “Nature and Forest Therapy” (known as forest bathing) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays, with a choice of Feb. 24, March 17, April 14 or May 12, at Rock Creek Park. The class will be taught by Sandra Bosteder. Meet in the Rock Creek parking lot (north side by the old hospital).
Forest Therapy is a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments.
