Breaking One Fatty Foods

A study has found that our brain is to blame for our love of french fries and other fatty/carbohydrate loaded meals.

Foods containing fat and carbohydrates are valued higher by the brain's reward system, as opposed to food with only one energy source.

Research says our brain estimates how many calories there are in foods with just fat or carbs, regulating how much we eat. However, things get tricky when we combine the two.
