TWIN FALLS • The 10th annual Death by Chocolate event will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Canyon Crest Event Center.
About 900 people attended the Rotary Club of Twin Falls’ fundraiser last year, raising $30,000 for area charities.
Local chefs will compete for Best Chocolate Brownie, Cake, Cookie, Candy and Unique Dessert. Judges will name the Best in Show.
The event features a no-host bar, silent auction and raffle, music by the Jason Lugo Band, free coffee and hot chocolate from The Grind and free water from Rotary.
Admission is $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Tickets are available at the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce, Kurt’s Pharmacy, The Mail Room and on-line at www.twinfallsrotary.org.
Western Bus Service is donating parking shuttles for the overflow parking lots.
Canyon Crest Restaurant will offer Death by Chocolate drink, appetizer and dinner specials starting at 4 p.m. Attendees can come early, dine and then eat dessert.
