STANLEY — The Sawtooth Society will present its annual fundraiser, the Sagebrush Soiree, at 6 p.m. July 28 at Mary and Jim Mitchell’s home on Shaw Mesa, south of Stanley.
Overlooking the Salmon River, White Clouds and Sawtooth Mountains, the Sagebrush Soiree is where beauty and preservation will come together in one incredible evening under the newly-minted Dark Sky Reserve.
This year’s theme, “Building Tomorrow’s Advocate’s Today,” focuses on the role of teaching our youth to preserve, protect and enhance their Sawtooth National Recreation Area.
The Sagebrush Soiree will feature a silent auction, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and a sit-down dinner and live auction. All proceeds will go to support the core work of the society.
Last year’s event quickly sold out, which means space is limited. Call 208-721-2909 now to purchase tickets.
For more information or if you are unable to attend but would like to place an absentee bid, call Gary O’Malley at 208-721-2909 or email email@example.com.
