Nothing pairs better with a June evening than Jazz on the Canyon, June 26 - 27.

The festivities kick-off with Jazz & Wine at Windsor’s Nursery, 3796 N. 3386 E. in Kimberly, will host the opening event on Wednesday, June 26 from 6 – 8 pm. Staged under lush trees, Wednesday evening will feature lively music by the Burley High School Big Band, along with the Michael Frew Guitar Quintet. Enjoy an evening of great music, refreshing wine tasting in your souvenir wine glass and delish hors d’oeuvres by Karen’s Catering.

Tickets are $50 per person.

The fun continues Thursday, June 27, at 6 p.m. at Twin Falls Center for the Arts, 195 River Vista Place, with the 19th annual Jazz on the Canyon. An evening high above the Snake River Canyon invites you to brush off your dance shoes in preparation for a festive evening of vibrant conversation, lively music and exquisite food from Elevation 486.

The featured performers are the Crescent Super Band, who have been frequent guest artists with groups such as the Dave Matthews Band, Journey, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Tower of Power, Journey, the Rolling Stones, and the Saturday Night Live Band. Opening for Cresent Super Band is Chris Cawtha’s Cawth Drops.

Tickets are $75 per person or a Table of 8 for $600.

Proceeds from the events support the College of Southern Idaho’s MusicFest! summer camp for students, the Twin Falls Education Foundation and the Magic Valley Arts Council’s music education outreach.
