Sen. Dean Cameron, R-Rupert, and Rep. Brian Cronin, D-Boise, were named MVP's for the House and Senate by the Idaho Public Employees Association this year.
Here's what the organization said about Cameron: "Sen. Cameron has been a reliable voice to protect PERSI and he spoke out strongly against the Luna laws. He's the type of conservative we like at IPEA; moderate reasonable, pragmatic and not overly ideological."
For Cronin, the IPEA said: "Rep. Cronin spoke out in opposition to the Luna laws. He also was a strong voice in representing the middle and working class Idahoans in pretty much every public employee issue and issues important to all working (and unemployed) Idahoans."
