Meet the
Fadness Team!

Pam and Caiti are a dynamic mother-daughter duo who have
joined forces to serve our southern Idaho community and all your
real estate needs with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Shortly after relocating to Twin Falls nearly 25 years ago, we bought
our first home through none other than Gem State Realty. We
immediately knew that southern Idaho was going to be the perfect
place for our family to grow and flourish.
How can you not fall in love with the rugged beauty, small town
charm and geographical diversity?
For our family, It has definitely become “our own private Idaho”.
But with so much spacious beauty it just wouldn’t seem right to not
share this fabulous place and help others discover it too!
As people who made a big move to a different state leaving
family, friends and all we’d ever known behind, we totally
understand the questions, concerns, overwhelming feelings and
needs that come with ANY kind of move. So, we feel very blessed
to have the opportunity to help others who are ready to take the
plunge into this process as well.
If you’re looking into:
- Relocating to/from out of the state
- Purchasing your first home
- Building a custom home
- Upgrading for your growing family
- Investing in business property
Whether it’s in Twin Falls or all the way to the Boise/Nampa area...
We’re the TEAM that can help!
We look forward to introducing you to all that is Idaho and helping
YOU find “Your-own-private-Idahome”
