Jeremy wears several hats in his career. He is currently an adjunct faculty member of Boise State University’s College of Innovation and Design. He is an executive coach who runs a coaching and consulting group that works with organizations around strategy, culture and Generational Synchronicity. He has taught classes, presented workshops, and keynotes on generations, generational diversity, team building, business and leadership development. His greatest passion is working with multi-generational teams. Jeremy specializes in helping organizations discover keys to getting the most out of their generational teams and excels at organizational development and cultural restructuring.
