NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
FOR PAUL CEMETERY DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners
of Paul Cemetery District of Minidoka County, Idaho, will
meet on August 21, 2018, at the hour of 12:00 noon at the
Paul City Office at 152 South 600 West, Paul, Idaho, for the
purpose of considering and fixing a final Budget for the fiscal
year beginning October 1, 2018, and ending September 30,
2019, at which time any taxpayer may appear and be heard
upon any part or parts of the Budget. The Budget which was
approved for the 2017-2018 fiscal year and the proposed
budget for 2018-2019 are set forth below.

A copy of the proposed budget it available at the city hall for
the City of Paul at 152 South 600 West during regular business
hours for 10 days prior to the hearing. Interested persons may
attend the hearing to comment on the proposed budget or
may submit written comments prior to the hearing.
The proposed budget is a tentative budget. The county
assessor’s office and the State Tax Commission have not
provided final figures for the amount of property tax revenue
which will be available to the district. The final budget may be
adjusted to reflect actual available revenues.
