ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS MINIDOKA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL EMS/FAC ADDITION The scope of work Includes the EMS/FAC maintenance shop addition. The work to be done is per the construction drawings and specifications and all appurtenant work thereto as specified and shown on the drawings and specifications and as listed on the bid form. Construction Documents will be available beginning Friday, March 15, 2019 at the Facilities Office in Suite 15 of Minidoka Memorial Hospital. A $125.00 (refundable) deposit is required. Construction documents will also be available in electronic format. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 1:00 pm M.T. at the Facilities Office, Suite 15 of Minidoka Memorial Hospital. Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 pm M.T. Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at the Administration Office of Minidoka Memorial Hospital. At said place and time, all bids that have been duly received will be opened. Work will be awarded under (1) General Contract and will include all related work. Bids will be received on a lump sum and unit price basis. Contract time will be as specified in the Bid Form. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of 90 days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to award separate sections, to waive formalities, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional Bids. All Contractors are required to have a current Public Works License and Contractors Registration for the State of Idaho. Contractors and Suppliers will be required to submit a bid bond, certified check, or cashier check in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
