Mobile butchering

Gerald Knutson's mobile butcher truck sits on a farm Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, in Twin Falls Idaho. Knutson has been a butcher for more than 30 years. His business, Knutson Kustom Kutting, is operated out of the back of his truck. In the fall, he usually travels to farms to butcher animals seven to 10 times a week. Note: This is a single from a story on a mobile butcher. Although I used multiple pictures in the final piece, this image stood out because of the bright truck juxtaposed with the dark clouds.
