Footballs for kids

Former Boise State University football player Shane Williams-Rhodes plays basketball using autographed footballs he gave to Dalton Schreiter, center, and Jayce Schreiter, right, as Jayce waits for the doctor to come into the room Friday, May 19, 2017, at St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls Idaho. Williams-Rhode visited the hospital with teammate Armand Nance to promote their upcoming football camp in June. NOTE: This is another example of patience paying of. Multiple media outlets were at this event. We all shot the athletes in the waiting room signing autographs for kids. I hung around after everyone else had left, hoping the guys would go back into one of the exam rooms. All I wanted was a different background from everyone else, but what I got was Shane playing basketball with kids as they waited for the doctor. It's a moment no one else got, but I did because I was willing to wait.
