The week 7 Idaho high school girls basketball media poll was released on Wednesday, and despite a loss at Twin Falls on Tuesday, the Minico Spartans didn't budge in the 4A rankings.

Minico (12-6) remained No. 2 after falling to the Bruins 49-33. However, the Spartans only lost five points in voting.

Twin Falls (10-8) didn't enter the top five but did earn two points in voting, the first time the Bruins have received a point since week 1.

Burley (12-6) lost all six of the points it received last week. The Bobcats will host Twin Falls on Thursday.

In 3A, Gooding (12-3) fell out of the top five after suffering an overtime loss to Buhl on Tuesday. The Senators earned three points in voting, and Buhl (11-5) earned one point.

The undefeated Oakley Hornets (15-0) stayed at No. 2 and earned three first-place votes (up from one in week 6) in the 1A Division I poll. Oakley sits five points behind Prairie.

Shoshone (13-2) remained No. 4 in 1A-DI despite falling to Oakley at home on Thursday. Both of the Indians' losses have come to the Hornets.

Dietrich (11-3) and Lighthouse Christian (12-3) kept their No. 4 and No. 5 rankings in the 1A Division II poll, but the Lions are now alone in fifth after Genesis Prep dropped out of the top five. Lighthouse Christian will host Dietrich on Thursday after falling to the Blue Devils on the road in December 47-29.
