GLENNS FERRY — The Vikings remained undefeated in Snake River Conference play with Monday’s road win.

Valley led 23-18 at halftime and pulled away with a 22-14 third quarter.

“We just didn’t play well coming out of the locker room,” Glenns Ferry coach Nate Jones said. “Defensive intensity in the third quarter wasn’t there.”

Nic Anderson scored a game-high 18 points, and Jason Hardy added 12 for Valley (6-1, 2-0), which hosts Carey on Tuesday.

Kody Henslee and Dillon Traudt each scored 12 points for Glenns Ferry (3-5, 1-1), which hosts Dietrich on Jan. 3.

TWIN FALLS – The Riverhawk offense caught fire in Monday’s nonconference win.

Canyon Ridge led 24-11 after one quarter, 51-25 through two and 76-41 heading into the fourth.

Derek Clark scored a game-high 19 points, Logan Alquist and Hudson Pierce each scored 12, Izak Cuellar had 11 and Trajan Holtzen added 10 for the Riverhawks (2-6), who play at Buhl on Tuesday.

Cayden Loveland and Shawn Pamplona each scored nine points for the Senators (0-5), who play at American Falls on Wednesday.

TWIN FALLS – A 24-16 fourth quarter helped the Red Devils overcome a stellar performance from Elijah Bolyard and capture a nonconference win.

Bolyard had 30 points and 10 rebounds.

Guillermo Zavala scored 18 points, Pablo Miranda had 15 and Kolby McClure added 10 for Murtaugh (4-4), which plays at Shoshone on Tuesday.

Brad Brander and Kevin Wiest each added 10 points for TFCA (6-3), which hosts Castleford the same day.
