Dietrich High School remained No. 1 in the final state boys basketball media poll of the 2017-18 season.

The Blue Devils narrowly edged Genesis Prep yet again in 1A Division II. They received five first-place votes and 41 points, compared to four and 40, respectively, for Genesis Prep.

Carey held steady at No. 3 in 1A-DII.

Burley fell from No. 2 to No. 3 in the 4A poll following a 56-50 loss to Twin Falls, which received two votes this week.

In 1A Division I, Valley also dropped from No. 2 to No. 3.

Declo remained No. 4 in 2A, and Kimberly received seven points in 3A.
