TWIN FALLS — Charles Jones Jr. scored a season-high 33 points to lead the College of Southern Idaho men’s basketball team to a 106-88 win over Treasure Valley Community College on Saturday, the final day of the Wright Physical Therapy shootout.

Jones shot 12-of-23 from the field, 3-of-9 from 3-point range and 6-of-7 from the free-throw line. He had dished out five assists.

Thomas Khalid scored 23 points (8-of-11 from the field), and Danya Kingsby (3-of-6) and Roberto Gittens (4-of-5) each scored 10 points for the Golden Eagles. Malik Porter had nine points and nine rebounds.

Twin Falls High School graduate Landon Jones scored four points on 2-of-6 shooting.

The Golden Eagles (5-1) stay at home for their next tournament, which begins Thanksgiving weekend. CSI will begin the Idaho Central Credit Union Tournament on Friday against Elite Prep Academy.
