Letter To The Editor: Act now to help thwart globalization

November 19, 2009 1:00 am

U.S. sovereignty and independence are under attack by the global elitists who want world government. They are consolidating power and authority while stripping power from the American people which will result in the loss of freedom. Our way of life will be reduced to Third World slavery status.

To thwart their sinister plans, we must:

Stop ratification of The Copenhagen Treaty which Obama will sign and will transfer U.S. wealth to Third World nations via the United Nations and expand the Kyoto treaty;

Stop participation in any new governmental authority, including new world financial regulations, a world central bank or a world currency; stop regional government under the North American Union, amnesty for illegal aliens and federal funding for the “NAFTA Superhighway”;

Stop funding for the International Monetary Fund, World Bank and foreign countries which are unconstitutional;

Get out of the communist-controlled United Nations by passing H.R. 1146. The U.N. is the world government in the making and where the elitists are consolidating power via various treaties like the proposed Law of the Sea Treaty;

Stop cap and trade legislation which will destroy American industry and double our energy costs while China and India, two of the planet’s greatest polluters, are exempt. The U.S. Senate rejected the Kyoto Climate Treaty 95 to 0 because it would destroy American industry;

Audit the elitists controlled Federal Reserve System which manipulates money supplies, causes runaway inflation and makes the elitists wealthier while destroying the middle class;

Stop participation in no-win, undeclared wars that compromise freedom for temporary security. Our reduced military is stretched to the breaking point while our nation’s borders are nearly wide open to terrorists and illegal aliens.

Please contact our senators and congressmen to oppose freedom-destroying globalization.

A concerned citizen,

ADRIAN L. ARP

    Sort of like the holocaust is coming in the year 1984, No...2000...No... Oh darn! Well it's coming, that's all we know, and it's a fact this time.

    cb, What in the world are you talking about and to whom? "Batman" began as a comic booklet and grew into serialized shorts for the theaters and finally made it to the big top; a ninety-minute movie. I hope what I have summarized is fact, not fiction. Is there supposed to be a logical, if not a grammatical connection, between thee fiction of "Batman" and the plea to not fear "bold leadership." I have tried to make sense of what you have written? I have failed you. All I can come up with is a series of non sequiturs.

    Which rumors have circulated for years? The first one that comes to mind is that women are inferior? Queen Elizabeth proved that false. She kicked ass with the aid of Mother Nature in one hellish storm in the English Channel, remember?

    Well, I keep looking, and I keep writing, and I keep the dream of a more perfect union alive. Is that what you are talking about? I hope so.

    Yes, and Obama's the jokester. What are we in a Batman flick?

    Let's not confuse fact from fiction no matter how it's dressed up. Let's also not be afraid of bold leadership.

    These such rumors have circulated on the fringe for years now, always dressed up in different "so-called" facts and events of the day, but never materializing into anything. I understand that such things are tantalizingly believe but please step back remove the paranoia cap and take a look at what's really going on.
