August 25, 1990 – November 28, 2017
BURLEY — Ty Cody Buck Bedke, 27, of Burley, was born in Reno, Nevada, Aug. 25, 1990, and left us early to be free on Nov. 28, 2017. He was the only child of Trace and Sheri Bedke and moved with his family to Burley, when Ty was one and one-half years old.
Ty attended schools in Burley and Declo, graduating from Declo High School. He also attended CSI. He loved all sports and excelled in high school football, basketball and track. He grew up spending time around home helping his mother and father and developing a strong work ethic – which carried over into his employment at the City of Burley and Stokes Market. Ty was currently employed by Butte Irrigation in Paul, as a pivot electrician. He also enjoyed serving as a fashion consultant for his mom.
As an only child, Ty grew up forming close relationships with his many cousins. He loved going to the movies with his mom, spending holidays with his grandparents and family, and hunting with his dad. Snowmobiling with family and friends was his all-time favorite and he took to it like a natural from a young age.
Ty met the love of his life, Logan Thompson of Burley, and in February 2018, their son, Ty Carter Bedke, will arrive, undoubtedly a good-looking, fine young man, and a snowmobiler to be, I’m sure.
Ty was preceded in death by his Grandpa Bud; Uncle Kevin; and cousins, Zac and Brennen.
He leaves behind his father and mother, Trace and Sheri Bedke; his dog, Joe; Gma Janet Vandersypen; grandparents, Leon and Ruth Bedke; and his love, Logan Thompson all of Burley; his aunts and uncles, Vince (Kim) Bedke of Oakley, Teresa Bedke, Shelly Bedke, and Bridget (John) Clement all of Boise, Jeff (Melissa) Bedke of Oakley, Jenny (Chris) Manning and Paul Bedke both of Boise, and Margaret Vandersypen-Moyle of Reno, Nevada; and his wonderful and close cousins, Ben, Mirma, Ross, MaKenzie, Meagan, Colton, Payson, Hillary, Clayton, Austin, Corbin, Conrad, Harrison, Gabe, Cecilia, Elsa, Liam, Tristan, Skylar, Xander and Reagan.
Ty, and his beautiful smile, will be forever etched in our memories. We love you, miss you, and will see you again someday.
