HEYBURN — Mini-Cassia has a newly organized suicide prevention chapter and is looking for people to join.

The Mini-Cassia Suicide Prevention Action Network (SPAN) of Idaho will hold a meeting from 4-5 p.m. Tuesday at South Central Public Health District, 485 22nd St., Heyburn.

The leadership of the new chapter includes Dixie Tate, Minidoka County and Kyle Hodges, Cassia County as co-chairpersons, Gail Gallegos, treasurer and a person from Minidoka County will be appointed to serve as the secretary.

Members are needed in order to make the chapter work and function.
