TWIN FALLS — Charles Kelly has been hired as the new executive director of Magic Valley Rehabilitation Services, the nonprofit announced Tuesday.

Kelly most recently worked at KMVT for two years as an account executive. Before that, he worked at the Times-News and Zions Bank.

“Charles was looking for a leadership opportunity to ‘make a difference’ in the community and was very excited to hear about our opportunity at MVRS,” board president Laura Stewart said in a statement. “He displays many fine qualities that we were looking for in this role.”

Magic Valley Rehabilitation Services has provided services since 1973 in southern Idaho to people who have disabilities.

“MVRS has a long history of doing amazing things for the Magic Valley and I am thrilled to be part of the bright future that lies ahead of us,” Kelly said.

He’s replacing John Bodden, who’s retiring after seven years as executive director and 27 years with the nonprofit.
