BOISE — Six Magic Valley organizations will receive a grant from the Idaho Food Bank Fund, the group announced Wednesday.
Recipients are: St. Jerome Community Kitchen/Martha & Mary’s Food Pantry ($3,525), Twin Falls Senior Center ($2,100), Hagerman Valley Senior and Community Center ($415), Jubilee House ($1,950), Open Hearts Food Pantry in Rupert ($3,247) and Ketchum Community Dinners ($900).
They’re among 34 organizations across Idaho to receive $88,800 in total grant money.
The Idaho Food Bank Fund was established by the 2009 legislature as a cooperative effort among the Idaho Foodbank, Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho and Catholic Charities of Idaho.
Donations can be made via the Idaho State Income Tax Form 40.
