Dual credit courses

TWIN FALLS — Teenagers: If you’re planning to take dual credit classes, the College of Southern Idaho can help.

The college is planning a series of information nights across south-central Idaho, it announced Tuesday.

CSI dual credit employees and a transition coordinator will be available to assist students.

Middle and high school students and their families, are invited to attend the free events.

After a general information session, two breakout sessions will be offered: advanced opportunity funding and dual credit advising.

Light snacks will be available and giveaways are planned at the events.

Here’s the schedule:

Twin Falls: 5:30-7 p.m. Aug. 30 at the Health Sciences & Human Services Building on North College Road.

Idaho Falls: 5:30-6:30 p.m. Aug. 31 at CSI’s Idaho Falls Center, 1235 Jones St. If you plan to attend, RSVP to Ella Johnson at 208-357-4530 or ejohnson@csi.edu.

Burley: 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 5 at CSI’s Mini-Cassia Center, 1600 Parke Ave.

Hailey: 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 11 at CSI’s Blaine County Center, 1050 Fox Acres Road No. 408.

Gooding: 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 13 at CSI’s North Side Center, 202 14th Ave. E.
