TWIN FALLS • More than three weeks after two Twin Falls residents were found dead in their home, officials still have no answers on how they died.
Ronda Morgan, 58, and Dwight Mein, 57, were found dead July 29 at 298 Madison St. when a mail carrier became suspicious and looked in the front door, spotting one of the bodies.
Thursday, Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs said his office still was waiting on final autopsy reports on the two bodies.
Only when those reports are in will prosecutors do a final investigation to determine if any charges will be filed, he said.
No charges are pending in Morgan and Mein’s deaths. Loebs said he does not have a timeline of the investigation and doesn’t know when more information will be released.
Police are not looking for a suspect and believe this was an isolated incident with no threat to the public, said city spokesman Joshua Palmer.
