TWIN FALLS — The third and last man suspected of breaking into a woman’s home last weekend and assaulting her was arraigned Thursday.

Gaudencio Sandoval-Carbajal, 22, of Jerome, is charged with burglary, aiding and abetting aggravated assault, and burglary conspiracy. He was jailed on a $150,000 bond.

Sandoval-Carbajal, along with Jose Agustin and Cesar Gonzalez-Ramos, is accused of threatening and attacking a woman in her home on the 300 block of Lois Street on Dec. 9.

The woman told Twin Falls police that the three men, armed with weapons, kicked in the door to the apartment, choked her, and threatened to kill her if she called the police.

Agustin and Gonzalez-Ramos were taken into custody in the week after the attack.

A preliminary hearing for Sandoval-Carbajal is scheduled for Dec. 29.
