TWIN FALLS • A man accused of animal abuse has pleaded guilty just before his trial this morning in Twin Falls County 5th District Court.

Jesus Garza, 25, was charged with one count of animal abuse after hidden camera footage of reported animal cruelty at Dry Creek Dairy, just southwest of Murtaugh, was released by Los Angeles-based Mercy for Animals.

The court was in the process of choosing a jury when Garza pleaded guilty today.

Javier Victor Rojas-Loayza and Jose Acensio, also seen in the video, both have warrants out for their arrest for animal cruelty charges.
