RICHFIELD — A Lincoln County sheriff’s deputy suffered “very minor injuries” in a one-vehicle rollover crash Wednesday.
The crash was reported at 12:58 p.m. three miles north of Richfield while the deputy was responding to a call at the Shoshone school, Lincoln County Sheriff Rene Rodriguez said in a statement Thursday.
The vehicle’s lights and sirens were activated.
The deputy was wearing a seat belt, Rodriguez said. The vehicle’s airbags were deployed during the crash, but the deputy was not transported to the hospital. The deputy’s name was not released.
Idaho State Police is investigating the crash.
