Mott named to President’s List at Bob Jones University

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Alexandria Mott, of Kimberly, a senior business administration major, was among approximately 540 Bob Jones University students named to the Fall 2017 President’s List.

The President’s List recognizes students who earn a 3.75 or higher grade point average for the semester.

Located in Greenville, South Carolina, Bob Jones University provides a regionally accredited Christian liberal arts education purposely designed to inspire a lifelong pursuit of learning, loving and leading.

Twin Falls woman to receive degree from University of Kansas

LAWRENCE, Kan. — Julie Parker, of Twin Falls, is among the 1,300 candidates for degree from the University of Kansas this fall, representing 54 Kansas counties, 43 other states, territories and Washington, D.C., and 24 other countries. Parker will receive a Master of Science in Education degree, which will be officially conferred in January.

Some graduates have participated in school and departmental recognition events. Others will choose to participate in KU’s annual Commencement ceremony, which will take place May 13.
