RUPERT — The DeMary Memorial Library in Rupert is starting Elementary Storytime by populat demand. It has partnered with Grease Monkey and will be “Reading with Grease Monkey!” This will be a time of being read to, crafts, activities, and will have individual reading time to get students’ nightly 20 minutes done for school. It will also be offering time for homework during reading time as well. It will be every Wednesday at 4 p.m. for kindergarten through 5th graders.

Thursdays, Maker Space at 4 p.m. for pre-K through elementary ages, but everyone is welcome. Stay as long as you want. Learn something new, teach someone else something new, or just have time to unwind.

Monday, October 2 at 5:30 p.m. Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meeting – Open to all teens interested in helping the library come up with teen programing. In November, the meeting will be on Monday, Nov. 6.

Teen Yu-Gi-Oh is on Wednesdays in October at 4 p.m. This is an opportunity to meet other Yu-Gi-OH players and even learn the game. New players are always welcome and encouraged to join in.

On Thursdays in October, the teens will celebrate Teen Read Week. The program is from 5-6:30 pm.

October 26- Teen Read Week- Party

The Adult Book Club is working through the Let’s Talk About It program. The Book Club will meet on October 12 to discuss “Honey In The Horn,” by H. L. Davis and To Kill A Mockingbird will be discussed October 26. The sessions include a guest speaker, refreshments, and great discussions and start at 6 p.m.
