RUPERT — Eat Smart Idaho classes are starting Nov. 7 at the Minidoka County Extension Office, 85 E. Baseline Road, Rupert.

The series of six weekly classes take place from 6-7 p.m. and focus on eating smart and moving more and sampling healthy recipes with incentive items offered each week. The classes are free to individuals who are eligible for assistance programs such as SNAP, WIC and Head Start or if their child attends a school with 50 percent or more on free and reduced lunches.
