The DeMary Memorial Library in Rupert has announced events at the library from January to April 2018.

Wednesdays, Reading with Grease Monkey will take place at at 4 p.m. This K-5th grade storytime will be filled with stories, crafts, activities and individual reading and homework time.

Thursdays, Maker Space at 4 p.m. for pre-K through elementary ages, but everyone is welcome. Stay as long as you want. Learn something new, teach someone else something new, or just have time to unwind.

First Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m., Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meeting. Open to all teens interested in helping us come up with teen programing.

Teen Yu-Gi-Oh is on Wednesdays at 4 p.m. This is an opportunity to meet other Teens with similar interests and even learn the game. New participants are welcome.

Teen Club is on Thursdays at 4 p.m.

Thursdays at 10 a.m. is the Enhanced Storytime for all preschool-aged children and their parents. This storytime incorporates pre-reading and preschool skills to help children build a good foundation to be more successful when they enter kindergarten.

Bilingual Storytime is on the first and third Friday of each month at 4 p.m. This storytime incorporates pre-reading and preschool skills to help children build a good foundation to be more successful when they enter Kindergarten. Conversational English and Spanish learners of all ages are encouraged to attend.

The Adult Book Club will meet the last Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. The book for January is A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman. Please call 208-436-3874 for the book for each of the following months. Each session includes refreshments and great discussions.
