KETCHUM — Environmental Resource Center and local birding expert and artist, Poo Wright-Pulliam, will host “Discovering Winter Birds of Ketchum” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 28 at the Community Library, 415 Spruce Ave. A one-hour presentation about Ketchum’s winter bird residents will be followed by a tour around town to investigate these species. Novice and expert birders are encouraged to participate.

An additional ERC winter bird walk will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Nature Conservancy’s Silver Creek Preserve, 165 Kilpatrick Bridge, Bellevue. Another is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 10 at the Draper Preserve, 520 Aspen Drive, Hailey.
