TWIN FALLS • Cooking for someone with celiac disease?Here’s help:Macrobiotic health counselor Jill Skeem will teach a “Be Gluten Free” cooking class next month.

It’s 9-11 a.m. March 10 at Rudy’s — A Cook’s Paradise, 147 Main Ave. W. Cost is $35. The class menu:beans on Mediterranean polenta; seasonal quinoa salad; millet with sauteed vegetables; and fruit tart with walnut- and almond-flour crust.

Skeem is a graduate of the macrobiotic Strengthening Health Institute in Philadelphia and has been a frequent instructor of food-based wellness classes at Rudy’s and College of Southern Idaho.
