It’s 9-11 a.m. March 10 at Rudy’s — A Cook’s Paradise, 147 Main Ave. W. Cost is $35. The class menu:beans on Mediterranean polenta; seasonal quinoa salad; millet with sauteed vegetables; and fruit tart with walnut- and almond-flour crust.
