JEROME • Patsy Ann Oldham, 66, of Jerome, passed away peacefully Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, in Twin Falls after a 14-year-battle with cancer.
She was born Sept. 4, 1946, in Trenton, Mo., the daughter of Keith Ray Hall and Iva Charlene Reames Hall. Patsy spent her youth in Missouri, then later moved to California where she finished high school. She married Hoit Oldham on Dec. 28, 1990, at Lake Tahoe, Calif., and they settled in Jerome. Patsy spent several years working at the Jerome School District with challenged children, a job she absolutely loved. She also enjoyed all kinds of animals, especially her dogs. Mostly she loved her family and spending time with them. Patsy was a lifelong believer in her Savior Jesus Christ and worshipped at the Life Church of Magic Valley in Jerome. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Patsy is survived by her husband, Hoit Oldham of Jerome; their son, John A. Wagner of Jerome; her granddaughter, Amber Ann Wagner; and many extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.
A celebration of Patsy’s life will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at Life Church of Magic Valley, 425 E. Nez Perce in Jerome, with Pastor Kevin Lindley officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Farnsworth Mortuary of Jerome.
