TWIN FALLS — The College of Southern Idaho Theater Department, in collaboration with CSI Dance and Music departments, will perform a modernization and re-imagining of Shakespeare’s dramatic play, “Macbeth.” The tragedy will be presented at 7:30 p.m. April 25-28 and May 2,3 and 5 in the CSI Fine Arts Theater, 315 Falls Ave., Twin Falls.

The players will explore the themes of ambition, vengeance, violence and the roles of men and women in our culture — using original compositions, choreography and design.

The performance will be a fast-paced visually-exciting spectacle showing Macbeth and Lady Macbeth murder their way to the crown — pushed onward by the supernatural, led into the depths of guilt and insanity by their vaulting ambition.

Tickets are: $10 adults or $5 seniors and students. CSI students can attend free.
