If you are a volunteer HOA Board member or a resident who lives in a Twin Falls homeowner association, and you are seeking to gain insight and knowledge to better manage your membership, this training is for you.

February's topic will cover HOA homeowner expectations and dispell the myths commonly associated with HOAs, and address a Board member's expectation on governing a common interest community. Homeowners are largely misinformed and disenchanted with their HOA, and most Board members lack the skills to effectively govern and engage their community. With over 20 years of management experience at your disposal, participants will learn the necessary skills to create thriving neighborhoods.
